Shipping policy

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped with DHL within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times after dispatch:
Germany: 2–4 business days
Europe: 2–8 business days
Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €100 or more. Below that amount, and for international deliveries, the flat shipping rate is shown during checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are borne by the recipient.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will automatically receive the tracking link by email.
