Refund policy

This English version is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Returns

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without having to give any reason (see the withdrawal instructions in our Terms and Conditions).

How it works:
1. Write to us at info@fabivintage.de stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract and which item you would like to send back.
2. Send the item within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal to: Fabian Blank, Peter-Dörfler-Weg 5A, 86637 Wertingen, Germany. Please pack the item carefully. You bear the direct cost of returning the item.
3. We will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using your original means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

Please note: As every piece is one of a kind, a returned item will not come back into the archive in exactly this size.
